Good to know before you start

How long does a full 100 m² apartment renovation take?

Usually 3 to 4 months; the week-by-week schedule is written into the contract.

How is the price set?

After the visit and design you get a fixed price split into materials and labour, and it does not change.

Can we stay at home during the work?

Not for a full renovation; for smaller jobs like a bathroom or kitchen, yes.

Do we choose the materials?

Yes. We suggest a list and you receive the purchase invoice for every material.
