We build homes, not just buildings
Kaban was founded by civil engineers, architects and veteran craftsmen who were tired of one thing: projects that overrun their budget and their schedule.
We start every project like a precise drawing. Before a single wall comes down, you hold the final design, the materials list, a fixed price and the schedule.
Our site crew is permanent — the same craftsmen who have worked together for years. That is why we can guarantee the quality and stand behind it.
What we never compromise on
Transparency
Prices split into materials and labour. No hidden costs and no surprise extras.
Genuine materials
You receive the purchase invoice for every material, and you choose the brand and model.
A tidy site
Clean work areas, fixed working hours and respect for the neighbours are part of quality.
Written warranty
The workmanship warranty is in the contract, and we stay accountable after handover.
